Our School Values, and our School Rules together with our PSHE curriculum ensure that we meet the Department for Education's requirement to promote fundamental British Values in our school. The document below shows where these fundamental values map to individual lessons in our PSHE programme Jigsaw.
Our School Rules were created by our School Council children in 2020. These, together with our behaviour policy support the children in our school to understand the fundamentals of behaviour required to work together in a community.
Weekly assemblies focus on the School Values, the School Rules and on British Values to ensure that these are explicitly taught and reinforced through stories, songs, drama and other activities.
