Buckinghamshire Immunisation Team will be in school for the flu vaccinations.  An information email was sent to parents and carers on 7th October.   

The Buckinghamshire Immunisation Team uses online consent for all school immunisations.

A letter has been emailed to parents and carers detailing all the relevant links required to complete a consent form. Please ensure that you complete your child’s form as soon as possible, and at the latest by the date indicated in the letter.  You are required to complete a form to either consent OR decline this immunisation.
